Of course we are always working to continuously improve our tolino software. To ensure that you always enjoy the best possible reading experience with your tolino, you should always keep the software of your tolino product up to date. Please use our automated software updates for this purpose. As soon as you have connected your eReader to the Internet via WLAN, important updates are displayed directly on your eReader. To avoid errors you should only install software updates manually via your computer if absolutely necessary.

Every tolino eReader is branded by one of our tolino bookseller. Please choose your tolino bookseller to be forwarded to the responsible customer care service.
The customer support for the tolino hardware is assumed by your bookseller solely. Consequently, your request will be forwarded to the responsible customer care service, where the staff will promptly help you. On every tolino eReader is a preinstalled shop of one bookseller. This bookseller is automatically your service contact. Usually, it’s the bookseller you bought the device from. However, this doesn’t mean that you necessarily have to be registered for this shop. If you don’t have either a tolino eBook-reader, or a tolino bookseller, please chose the eBook shop you most likely relate to.How do I find out who my tolino bookseller is?
  • On the home screen of your tolino eReader you can find the pre-installed shop at the bottom. Here you can see the brand logo of your tolino bookseller as well. (Only if you care connected to WLAN)
  • If there is no shop area on your eReader’s home screen, please connect to the WLAN first and start the registration process. You will be forwarded to your booksellers’ homepage via the web browser. Of course, you don’t have to complete the registration after that.
  • If you bought your tolino eReader at a bookseller, who is no longer part of the tolino alliance, your customer service will be provided by another bookseller. In this case please chose the shop which shown on the home screen.
